Happy Friday everyone!
Let us go into
this weekend with a new sense of making every day Earth Day, a continual effort
that will produce results in the long
run. Let us make it a mission to be aware, be respectful, and behave kindly to
our natural surroundings. To recycle, re-use, renew when we can.
To go off the grid occasionally and hear what is around
us, see who is beside us, and feel a little bit of
sun on our faces.
April is almost
over and summer is on the horizon, a time of activity, growth, green, and
exploration.
Beaches and picnics, camping and bon fires. Biking trails
and discovery of new places and things.
Making friends seems easier, the weather is warm and
everyone is a little more laid back.
Our senses seem to be a bit keener; the smell of fresh
cut grass and a BBQ somewhere makes you smile.
It seems only
right to do our part. California Peripherals and Components believe in doing
our part to practice what we preach. We believe in reducing noise and fume
pollution in campgrounds, RV parks and anywhere else a generator may be used.
We believe in the power of the sun, its natural energy to power our devices
when possible, from fridges to phones. We believe in solar education, advancement and
technology from a small scale to larger applications.
Our passion is
focused on portable solar chargers small enough to fold up in your backpack to
just large enough to roll up like a sleeping bag and put in the RV, car or
camper. Solar chargers for the individual that is lightweight reasonably priced,
durable, and essential to reducing the impact on Mother Nature made by gas
generators and their fumes and noise to surrounding wildlife, campers, and
fauna.
Every day solar power is gaining momentum and popularity,
not just because it is the “green” thing
to do but because it simply makes sense. It takes little to no effort to set up
and it is economical as well as environmentally responsible. I use mine to
charge my iPod, iPhone and small tablet even when I am at home.
So think about it this weekend while you are feeling the
warm sun on your face wherever you are you could also be charging your phone,
MP3 player, Kindle, Tablet or even a mini fridge if you want, with no noise, no
electricity, no fumes, no hassles.
